What is the point of blocking somebody without giving them a reason? It's just like parents grounding their children without saying why, the child wouldn't stop doing it. Blocking should be more like detention, give a warning, then block if they don't stop. Then unblock after a while, and reblock with a reason if they don't stop.
Why is the world so full of hate? Everyday I hear people discriminating someone. I dare you to go though one day and note how many times you hear "gay" or a negative reference to black people. I guarantee at least half a dozen. Have you realized that people always retaliate? For example, if I called you stupid, 90% of the time you would retaliate with a cutdown about me.
What is the point of warning? It was supposed to be in case someone gets annoying, but instead, people block when that happens. They just use warning as a game, until it gets too high.
